Looking at pictures i've taken recently i can tell that i have put on weight and i cant stand it! Bluek!! Back to my strict no carbo diet starting frm tmr!! Ok enough of my whining....

Was home most of the day today. Until Joanna asked me out to Starbucks at Siglap for a bit. Was so happy to get out of the house even if it was just for a while. We just sat down at Starbucks and talked for like about an hr and we went our seperate ways. We both had plans for dinner with our families. Had dinner at Botak Jones with my parents. Shared a pasta and pizza with them. How fattening! Errkk! Growing fatter and fatter as days go by must be all the junk ive been eating and drinking. Goodness. i'm feeling rather grouchy and irritated at the moment feel like every small little thing gets me worked up. sigh! anyway, thts all for today. Feeling restless. goodbye.

hello people!

i met up with Jo yesterday was excited to meet her cos its been ages since i last saw her or talked to her. We went to Tampines cos she needed to go to the dentist to collect something and then we decided to walk around Tampines 1 since she has not been there. After walking around we made our way to Coffee Bean to drink coffee and talk. Talked bout loads of stuff. Things that had been happening in her life as well as mine, bitched and laughed over the smallest things as usual. haha. we originally planned to eat dinner out after coffee but we ended up going back to her place for dinner. Riza cooked Fish & Chips and we ate oranges. hahahaha and as Jessica says 'we should have 2 servings of fruits everyday.' LOL! It was fun we talked, watched tv and took pics. Oh oh oh anddd i'm SO HAPPY cos i borrowed the third Twilight book, Eclipse from Jess i've been waiting to read that book for soooo long so finally i can read it now. hehe Thanks a mill Jessica! So basically besides the freaking weather and my tummy, it was a GOOD day! And i just wanna say thanks for always being there for me when i'm down and need someone to talk to. u know i'd do the same, i'm always just a phone call away. Love u Joanna Tan! :)

Just wanna share this passage with u. Read it on Sueann's blog quite some time back and i saved it so thought i'll share it with u guys. =)

The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee‏

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed. 'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.

The golf balls are the important things---your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.

The sand is everything else---the small stuff. 'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.

The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you. 'Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Spend time with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled and said, 'I'm glad you asked.' The coffee just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'

Hello people!

I decided to start updating again since everyone is asking me to update lets hope i dont get lazy again. lol! Before i say anything i just wanna say The weather these days are getting hotter and hotter as days go by. Hate the stupid weather, cant stand it! Urgh...annoying!! I feel like i get grouchy easily nowadays and i think its cos of the damn weather. Anywayssss....today was a pretty boring day just stayed home all day roasting my ass off. Just finished reading The Secret a book my mum gave me quite some time back but i just started reading it the day before yesterday finished it in 2 days. It was quite interesting makes u look at life from a different perspective and it really makes one think. Dont know if it really works but i guess trying wont hurt. A friend is down from KL will be meeting her for lunch tomorrow. Cant wait cos at least i'll be out of the house dont like staying at home all day. Thats about it for today i'm gonna end today's post with something i read in the book.

COTTON ON IS LOVE!

Lacking of updates i know and i'm sorry my internet is not very co-operative with me this past week or soon. anyways, here's what went on in my life the past few days.

Went to school with Lynette, Carolyn and Mich on Thursday to collect the horrendous A4 sized Envelopes. haha... u girls know wht i mean. After that Mich had to meet her sister for lunch whilst Bootiful and I accompanied Blur for lunch. Nette and i weren't that hungry so we jus shared some dim sum while Carol had her Fish Noodle Soup....i think. hahaha!

Once we were done eating we walked around i wanted to go to Cotton On Body and Cotton on so they both accompanied me there. First stop, Cotton On Body.... like OMG... they were having sale 2 for $20 for different boxers and camisoles. so was dirt cheap.. i absolutely Love boxers cos their so comfy especially for lazing around at home or sleeping. And their camisoles were soooo soft i decided i had to get one of each. HAHA! Nette bought 2 pairs of boxers as well.. used them to sleep that nite.. SO COMFY!!! hahaha... ok and as most of my close friends know i'm a serious Cotton On Fanatic so when i saw the sign saying that their looking for part timers i was thrilled! So i enquired and the interview was today. will tell u about that tmr.

Some of u must be wondering den what happened to my SATS airport job? well, until now they haven't called me for training they said it'll take some time so its really annoying. So i decided on working part-time in the mean time to earn some cash rather den sitting at home and rotting my life away!

After that we headed to IMM for dinner at Street 21 Hong Kong Cafe. Nette had her CHEESY Curry Chicken Baked Rice. haha.. and i had Beed Noodles..i dunno why i had that but i had this strange craving for soupy noodles. lol!

Friday Brad and I decided to head down to Cathay to go catch Madagascar 2. IT WAS SOOOO FUNNY!!!! hahaha... it was really good.. i personally enjoyed it better den the first one. Didn't take pic though cos we didnt have much time... LOL! after the movie we headed to this Korean place for dinner at Park Mall which i wanted to try for quite some time as i love korean food! I ordered my usual, Kimchi Soup and Brad order Kimchi Ramen w/Pork. It was really Yummylicious and worth every cent.. i totally recommend that place.

I was reading Brenda's blog and saw this handwriting test website its quite interesting so i decided to try as well..

Here's my results:

Halloween + High Sch Musical 3.

Yo yo yo!! wassup my homies?!?!

hahaha... ok i'm retarded, i know.. anyways, as i was telling u guys that day was going to update about last Friday well...first of all i met Brenda at Payar Lebar MRT station first and we made our way to Orchard first walked around Wisma while waiting for Charlotte and Jarald. About an hour later they came and we went to Far East for dinner. I had Hor Fun and it was one of the most tasteless Hor Fun i've ever tasted! It was so watery and there was like barely and seafood inside but it was like surrounded by veggies.. it looked kinda gross. But i was sooo hungry so i just ate what i could. It was so Not satisfying at all!! Very disappointing... oh well.. after dinner we headed to Basement 1 to take pics.. haha.. as it was Halloween they had some cool Halloween deco put up so as usual we cam-whored. Lol! After cam-whoring we headed to Taka walked around there a bit and lastly headed to Cine to wait for Joanna. We decided to play arcade whilst waiting for her. it was fun. haha!

After she came we went to level 9..we wanted to play Wii but sadly it was only available at 12 so we didnt play. Suddenly my dearest JOANNA pulled me to the place where they have the machine with the stuff toys..u know the ones u have to like aim and use the clipper thing to try grab it. yeah those machines. Didn't think much of it but she wanted to play... so i thought why not i try also and i found the Baby Minnie with a I love you heart was so cute so i decided to try my luck. Tried twice both time i caught it but it fell. the second time it fell jus next to the hole. so was quite irriated. lol! Was going to go again when Brenda said 'come like me try.' den i said ok.. and amazingly she got it...dont know why but i was so happy i screamed..i felt like a child again at that point of time. HAHA! Thanks Bestieeee!!! And i tell u tht thing is damn addictive!!! Joanna is a BAD influence! LOL!!! It was really fun though.. it was running late so after that Brenda and i left while the others went for coffee and movie.

Hello my long lost friends!

i'm back..missed me?? i know u did..muahaha...right bootiful? ;P haha okok anyways i know i know its been ages since i've last updated. Everyone keeps asking me why i have not been updating well, i'm sorry the reason is mainly cos my internet is damn f*cked up la seriously.. it has been giving problems for the past 2 mths or so. My modem has some serious mood swing issues like sometimes it works but MOST TIMES its does not! Its really very annoying and sometimes when it works it doesn't last very long. so its pretty irritating. I called Singtel and they sent someone over. The fella said that the problem lies in the modem as it is old and needs to be changed. This is not the first this has happened we have changed the modem before but still the same problem only thing is that its alot worst now. So my dad and i decided that since our internet plan is going to end like end of the yr we'll just wait and subscribe for Starhub Broardband instead. haha. so yeah. thats the annoying story as to why i've not been updating and not coming online as often any more. And if u guys were wondering why my blogskin is so plain now the reason is cos i had problem with my old one. It seemed that some ppl were not able to read my posts for some reason so i changed it to this for the time being. sigh. i have so many problems dont i. LOL! Anyways, this is going to be one damn long post to keep u guys filled in on the significant things that have been happening in my life for like the past 1 mth.

Firstly, dunno if u guys remember but i said i had registered for my driving and all abt a month or so ago. well, i did my Basic Theory Test (BTT) and passed on the first attempt. WOOOHOOOOOO!!!! haha. It wasnt too bad but i was extremely nervous the whole time but i really studied and it was actually easier den i had expected it to be. So that was really gd news. After the test the traffic police guy told me i could either go and register for my Provisional Driving License (PDL) that way i can start my practical lessons OR book my Final Theory Test (FTT) and wait. So obviously i didnt want to wait so i decided to just register for my PDL or that i can start off with my practical instead of wasting time. Driving at first was kinda a challenge for me [but i guess for most beginners it is. haha!] but i had my 5th lesson jus yesterday and i'm starting to get the hang of it. Its getting more and more fun as each lesson goes by. Lol!

Secondly, i went for a job interview for Sinagpore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) for the Customer Service Agent at the airport. This was one of the jobs i've always wanted to try working as. And for those who dunno wht that is, it is the people at the check-in counter at the departure hall of the airport. Anyways, my mum saw the article in the newspaper saying there will be a walk-in interview for the position.It was for part time so i thought why not try it out right.. so yeah i went for the interview anddddddddddddd I got the jobb!!! =D Had to go for medical and waited about 2 wks before they called me down for briefing and now i'm waiting for their call to know when i start my training.

Thirdly, went for Lynette's bootiful 21st bbq at her condo with Brad. It was great seeing them used to see them like 5 days week when we had class now we barely see each other so really miss their company. it was fun. The food was amazing! Fun while it lasted.. thanks for inviting us nette nette! Muackss...

Ok thats Lynette's b'day next Brad and I celebrated our 3rd Yr Anniversary on 22 October. First he brought me to Fosters an English Rose Cafe at Holland V for dinner. It was a really nice place loved the setting the dim lights...very reomantic la. hehe! The food was not too bad but we felt that they did not have much variety on the menu. I had the Mushroom and Asparagus Pasta and Brad had the Seafood Medittranean Pasta. Mine was ok it was like Aglio Olio style but i found it a lil too oily but the musrooms was SO GOOOD! Brad's tomato based pasta tasted better though. But overall i love the place. Peek-turessss (most of it is pretty dark due to the lighting) :

Thats all about our anniversary dinner last but not least my family and i went to Batam for a short getaway during the Deepavali weekend (24-27 Oct'). Was not too keen on going there at first but in the end i decided to go ahead with them since i've never been there before anyway. It was actually better den i expected we stayed at Nongsa Village it was really nice and spacious. It was a chalet-like Bangolow facing the seaside really cosy with wooden interiors. Didn't do much there it was a really short but relaxing holiday.

Sorry peeps i know its been ages since i've updated reason being my internet is damn screwed up had problems with it and plus was having exams for the past one week. Anyways...i'm back! haha.

Just gonna update about Monday cos i didn't do much ytd and today. Went out with Nette, Carolyn and Bernice for dinner at Jalapeno's Pepper at the Singapore Flyer. Lynette has always been talking to me abt that place about the food and the DESERT. hahaha.. so finally we had a last min plan to eat there and it was so much fun while it lasted.The food was fantastic! and very affordable everything was gd except for the brownie which was a disappointment according to Nette and Bernice it was so much better the last time they ate there but besides tht it was all DELICIOUS!! I totally recommend tht place i'm gonna bring Brad there soon bet he'll love it too. haha anyways, we took LOADS of pics hahahaha.. and as usual i was taking lots of random pics it was so funny! After dinner we walked around taking pics with almost anything and everything. it was so fun... laughed until my stomach pain! Oh oh and Lynette..WELCOME TO THE CAM-WHORING CLUB!!!!! muahahahahaha.... =DD

Last day of class/Leo's 21st.

FRIDAY

Friday was the last day of class. We had our last project presentation it went very very well. Thank goodness! I can't believe one yr went by so quickly it felt like just yesterday that we jus started sch..as happy as i am its over i'm also kinda sad. I'm actually really gonna miss having class, gossiping, crapping, cam-whoring and eating rubbish!... haha. I'm really gonna miss all that like ur so used to going to class everyday for one yr and then it ends, it feels so funny like now its not gonna be the same. Gonna miss my true groupmates (Nette, Blur and Mich) the ones i've bonded and shared so much with and of cos our new additions (Ifah and ST).

I'm really gonna miss Nette's loud voice, her shoulder to lean on, her arms (i love feeling her arms cos its soooo softtt!!!! hehe.), basically her company, and Nette remember WE ARE BOOOTIIIIFULLLL!!!!! And thanks for being there for me and listening to my problems.

Ok next I'm gonna miss Blur's blurness..haha its so cute la! not only that i miss talking to her about driving, psp, laughing in class with her especially recently since i've been sitting next to her. hehe.

I'm gonna miss Mich's (my gf in class) crapiness, her strawberry ricola sweets (HAHA!), her jokes and i'll never forget she was the first one i talked to and met in class we were sitting beside each other and even bought the same red notebk!! haha. will never forget that. Lol!

Although i jus started getting to know Ifah and ST better this semester i'm too gonna miss them.

MISS U AND LOVE U GUYS TO BITS AND I'LL NEVER EVER FORGET U ALL!!!! Do keep in touch ok guys?? :)

After class had to rush home cos we had to go for Leo's 21st birthday. So went home and got ready and we left he had his b'day celebration with friends and family at this bungalow chalet at Changi it was HUGE! really really big.. its like double deck, there's 4 rooms upstairs with 2 singles beds in each room and 3 toilets. The only i would say that i didn't really fancy it was that its really old and it was so 'cold' looking. I heard its easily 20 over yrs old..thts like super duper old so u can imagine. Anyway, my mum and i felt really weird and left out cos we didn't know them too well so we were jus like standing around or sitting at one corner talking to each other. it was so arkward! just really wanted to go home as soon as i reached the place. ok now i can talk about what i did ytd and today.. haha jus wanted to post tht post before 12 so i had to do it quickly as it was getting late. lol. so anyways, to start off ytd i met Nette at the Coffee Bean at Tiong Bahru plaza to do project. She ordered Caesar Salad and Iced Swedish Berry tea and i on the other hand had the same iced tea but i ate a muffin instead. Would have loved to eat the salad its the best salad i've tasted! (thx to nette who introduced it to me)...but was trying to save up on cash as their salad is not exactly cheap. haha. yeah so basically we jus sat there doing project. We left at around 1.30 to go to school. School was CRAZY! sigh... don't really wish to elaborate on it though.. After class i met brenda to firstly get char's pressie and secondly to chit-chat and crap about our lives. haha! Although it was just a short meet up as usual we always have our fun.. =D After we did what we had to do we just headed for home.

Thats it for yesterday as for today as i told u earlier 2 important occasions happening... Charlotte's Birthday and my Anniversary with Brad.. sometimes i just can't imagine u know that i've been with this one person for so long cos i never thought i could especially at this age but with Brad its different the days and months go by so quickly that u don't even realise how much time has passed by.. 2 yrs and 10 mths, doesn't feel like it at all. hehe how time flies.. Yeah well today jus started off with me meeting nette in the morning for project again we did it at Starbucks this time. they didnt have my blueberry bagel..was pretty upset cos was really looking forward to it but oh well.. did what we had to do for about 2 hrs then we headed to class. nothing interesting, fin or excited happened in class today except the fact that i was trying soooo hard not to fall asleep in class. my eyes were so damn heavy!

Anyways, after class Brad was waiting for me downstairs my school..he bought me a brownie frm p.osh..its this place at dhoby exchange selling all different types of brownies like seriously their brownies are SO SO SO SO GOOD!!! It really put a smile on my face the smallest things please me.. hehe. cos honestly i didnt expect him to even get me anything as we're are both broke! lol.. so when he gave the brownie to me i was so happy! hehe it made my day..cos he remembered me telling him tht i love the brownies there and he specifically went to get it for me. lol.. Sweetness!

Hey ppl..

Nothing much to blog about today just another ordinary day nothing extra ordinary happened. haha. Was suppose to meet Sueann for dinner after school today but she couldn't last min as she had to go out for dinner with her parents. Was really looking forward to seeing her cos i've not seen her in a long time so was quite sad but nvm family is more impt! =D

Didn't take any pics in class today cos was too engrossed with trying to fully understand what Nick was saying.. today's lesson was really really difficult to understand i tell u so complicating! sigh oh well.. Oh oh yeah btw i finally registered for my driving ytd...Yay-ness!! so happy... wahahaha...

Will be doing my Basic Theory Test on 24 Sept after my exams are over. I hope i pass the first time. Lol! K thats it for now will talk to u guys tmr.. =D

This is gonna to be one super duper long post cos as i've not blogged for the past 3 days. I came back pretty late the past 3 days and was too tired to blog by the time i got back.

Hmm.. well, Brad stayed over my place on Saturday love it when baby stays over cos we always have lotsa fun.. haha. anyway yeah he stayed over.. was suppose to go to CDC Driving Center to register for my driving the next morning but as usual we slept really late and couldn't get up in time to make it as they open only half day on Sundays. Was kinda disappointed but nvm we just decided to watch movie so we headed to our usual movie spot, The Cathay. We weren't sure what movie to watch in the end we decided to watch Journey to the Center of the Earth. While waiting for the movie to start we went to Starbucks to chill. As usual i started cam-whoring there.. lol!

After chilling and cam-whoring at Starbucks we then watched the movie. The movie was actually good and quite funny, it was definitely better than i expected. It was worth it. It has been ages since Baby and i went to watch movie and i had a great time with him. Thanks for everything baby. =D We didn't do much after the movie just had dinner and went home. Ok so basically thats what i did on Sunday.

As for Monday nothing much just met Nette in the morning to do project and headed to class after that. Had Econs again.. i started cam-whoring during break again. haha! it was quite funny but i'll only be posting a few of them.

Ifah's Mini Advance B'day Celebration!

Hey Peeps!!

Gonna make this post a short one. Reason being i am SO exhausted! I really need sleep having not been having enough sleep easily the past one week. Had to pass up our Individual project today and me as usual doing it last min. I officially started doing it at 11pm last nite and only finished it at 4 plus in the morning. If that wasn't bad enough i had to wake up at like 8 in the freakin' morning so can u imagine how god damn tired i am. I know i Hate doing things last min especially my projects but i dunno why i always end up doing it at the very last min. Thats one thing i hate about myself.

Ok a short description about my day it started off with having to go to my dad's office to print out my project after which he sent me to sch so i was like really early. haha. I was the first to reach class majority of the class was late today. Its always like that when we have project due cos everyone does last min. lol! Yeah anyway, tmr's is Ifah's b'day so Lynette was sweet enough to bake a marble cake for her.. It was delicious i tell u! Dunno why she keeps saying its not nice.. i thought it was really yummy! Class was boring as usual was like trying so hard not to fall asleep i tell u. i hate it when lecturers use powerpoint presentations to teach especially when their basically just reading from the slide and it really gets so boring after a while. oh wells. nth much happened in class today jus tht we had cake to eat and took a few pics which i will post at the end.

After sch was supposed to meet Brad but didn't in the end due to certain circumstances. Met up with Charlotte, Jerald and Brenda at Bedok in the end. Really grateful to them and they know why. Thanks alot guys...Love u guys truck loadssss!!! =)

First of all i jus wanna start of by saying today was one heck of a day. sigh like seriously.. not gonna explain why in detail all i have to say is only time will tell. :)

Ok, unhappy things aside today was another not so unusual day met Lynette in morning and headed to Starbucks to do our project shared a blueberry bagel with her, love their blueberry bagel! Yummylicious.. After which we left for school when we reached there barely anyone was there la. haha. so we basically started taking pics and the funny thing is Lynette is not the "cam-whoring" kinda girl but today wow! she became one of us..hahaha... After taking a few pics with her we started class, it was Econs again today boy was it confusing! Its so difficult to understand seriously. I don't know how i'm gonna do for the exams which is less than a month away!!!! Its crazy how time flies it feels like jus ytd that we started school again and now exams are jus ard the corner. Its really crazy.

Anyway, when we have econs Nick always gives us really long breaks for some reason and today we were taking cam-whoring the whole time! hahaha it was so funny i tell u... cos we were taking pics with Ifah's new big glasses from KL its like the funniest most nerdiest glasses ever.. i started saying i wanted to take picture with it than everyone started after me..we all look so retarded and nerdy. haha HILARIOUS i tell u! Overall it was a fun day in class. hehe.

Hey people!

I'm back blogging again.. haha! Hopefully it'll last longer this time, i'll try not to get lazy and stop again. LOL! Can't really remember how to like make my blog look all nice and stuff have to get help with that but for now i'll just keep it simple until i'll figure out how to do everything.

Blogging is all about telling u about my day and what is going on in my life so just wanna start off by saying i've passed the 2 exam papers i sat for last month...Finally!! Even though they were not that fantastic but i really did try my best and it paid off and i'm so proud of myself. =D

About my day today, i didn't really do much just went to sch and came straight home after that. Feel really drained today. Firstly, cos i had Economics today i didn't have enough sleep and felt zombie-fied as it is and econs is a really heavy subject which needs alot of thinking and understanding but it was so difficult to concentrate! I didn't fully understand what Nick was saying. My brain seriously was not functioning properly the whole day! Was just writing and writing down the notes but until now i don't even know whether i understand what the hell i'm writing. LOL! I'm gonna look through it tmr and see whether i catch any ball anot la.. haha!

Ok well, i just wanna end off by asking this question which i'm sure i'm not the only one who wants to know. Why does being in a relationship have to be so difficult at times? or shall i say Why is it so difficult to make a relationship work? Its true that its not always is but i'm trying, i'm trying really hard to be strong and to keep it going. But i don't know how much harder i'll have to try to make it all ok. It really is such hard work but i'll nv stop trying even though it drains me.
